This is a place for reflections.  An emotion, a feeling… a memory.  A moment in the life of your loved one during their time with hospice.   A glimpse into yours.

Create Your Own Reflections Postcard

With a nod of appreciation to Frank Warren’s "PostSecret," Reflections is a community art project. 

The contributions are anonymous, and the memories are yours alone.  In choosing to share them, your words and images stipple a broader canvas with color, detail and light.

Here’s how to take part:

1.  Capture your hospice reflection in words and visuals on a postcard.  A standard postcard size of 7” x 5” or a half sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock are great options.

2.  Mail it to:
