The Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care Center for Grief and Loss offers a number of special events, programs and resources to support families who have lost a loved one in our care, as well as our community.
Holiday Memorial Service
Please come join us as we honor and remember the lives who have made love real for us. This may be a very recent loss for you, this may be a loss that happened quite some time ago, or it may be somewhere in between. It does not matter how long ago the loss was, grief has no timetable. This could be a person you were very close with or a casual acquaintance. All are welcome to attend as grief affects us all. We will have refreshments and helpful takeaways for those struggling with grief during the holidays. We are offering four different services, see below for dates, times, and locations.

Who doesn’t love cookies during the holidays? Just like the many ingredients that go into cookies, there are so many aspects of our grief that go into the way we mourn. Join us in a fun and friendly way to discuss grief for children. We will decorate cookies and ornaments and talk about how creating these tasty treats and fun decorations can be like the choices we have in our grief.
