Grateful Hearts

Did someone at Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care help your family during a tender time? Many families ask how they can express their appreciation for the care their loved one received. One meaningful way to do so is to share your Grateful Heart through a brief story of reflection and a tax-deductible gift in honor of the caregiving team or in overall gratitude for the services provided. You may choose to:

  • Make a gift in general appreciation. A contribution in gratitude for our hospice’s mission ensures that every patient who turns to us receives the same compassionate care you experienced.
  • Recognize a specific caregiver or team. Many families choose to honor a nurse, CNA, social worker, chaplain or the entire interdisciplinary team. If you would like to do this, simply include their name(s) as best as you recall and/or write a short note of thanks. We will make sure this message is shared with the individual or team.
