Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Brown to Vice President of Clinical Services as she celebrates nine years of dedicated service to the organization.
Ashley began her career with Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care as a new graduate nurse in the Penrose Hospital Inpatient Unit. Over the years, she has served in several key leadership roles, including RN Case Manager, Clinical Manager, and most recently, Director of Clinical Services. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and the mission of serving patients and families facing serious illness.
Throughout her tenure, Ashley has helped strengthen every aspect of clinical operations. Her leadership has supported improvements in quality, employee engagement, patient and family experience, community relationships, organizational growth, and operational performance. She is known for leading with integrity, listening to her teams, and ensuring that every decision reflects the organization's commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Even as her leadership responsibilities have grown, Ashley has remained connected to frontline care. She continues to provide direct patient care when needed and values feedback from team members, using their insights to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and ensure employees have the resources and support needed to provide exceptional care.
Under Ashley's leadership, Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care has earned numerous achievements, including a four-star quality rating, strong employee engagement and satisfaction scores, and recognition throughout the community for its commitment to excellence.
