Members of the Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care team recently visited Pikes Peak Post Acute with a special treat for the staff: ice cream, bananas and all the toppings.
The ice cream social was a fun and delicious way to recognize the dedicated professionals at Pikes Peak Post Acute and thank them for the important work they do every day supporting residents and their families.
At Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care, we know that compassionate care is strengthened through strong relationships and community partnerships. The professionals who care for older adults and individuals with serious illness play an important role in making sure people receive the support, dignity and compassion they deserve.
