Francis “Frank” Billiard

He was Frank to most people, but his family called him Rick (long story!).
Frank was a true “straight arrow” with a compassionate heart.
He loved his brothers and sisters, his sons, daughters-in-law, and grandkids, and me. He had a kind word for strangers and a devastating sense of humor.
“Uncle Rick was an amusement park” to his nieces and nephews.
He was a faithful friend, a strong Dad, and a wealth of information about DYI projects.
He embraced Nancy’s family as his own.
Frank left us too soon and we all miss him terribly, but we know he is smiling down on us from a lofty perch, keeping an eye on his loved ones.
