Patricia J. Burkepile

Our mother, Patricia (Pat) Burkepile, was a very kind mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Delmar Q. Burkepile, who passed April 5, 2013. They were married 59 years.
Our mother was a secretary at North Elementary and King Elementary in Widefield School District #3. She had seen a lot of children come through. She retired in 1983.
Mom loved her Broncos and Rockies; she would watch them all the time. She loved camping and traveling. She also loved to go to Cripple Creek to gamble. We would take her up in April and again in September so she could see the aspens in their full colors. Mom also had a special caregiver named Lori – what a great help she was to our family.
Our mom has been missed since she passed away on July 19, 2019. We know she is around because she leaves us feathers to know she is watching us.
Mom, we will always miss you, but we love you till we meet you and Dad in heaven.
