Marj was the most extraordinary woman I ever met. She was always reaching out to help others in need with her spirituality or financially. I first met Marj in a bereavement group at Pikes Peak Hospice. Although she was trying to cope with her own loss, she was always trying to aid others, including me, with their grief. Marj and I became very good friends which eventually turned to love, with marriage in the future. During that period, I came to know the true spirit of Marj, whose guiding principle in life was her strong faith in the Lord who would take care of everything, and her love of country in which she served as a 1st Lt. in the United States Air Force. I will never forget our time together and all she did to comfort me, bring me back to life, and the enjoyment of her companionship. She will always be in my heart.
